About the LA-MCA

The Los Angeles Multi-Specialty Cosmetic Academy (LA-MCA) is a premier organization dedicated to advancing excellence in aesthetic medical education. Now entering its Tenth Year, LA-MCA hosts a nationally recognized annual meeting that brings together leading experts in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, facial plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, regenerative medicine, wellness, and related specialties—alongside top industry partners—for a highly curated educational experience. 

As a CME-accredited program, LA-MCA focuses on best practices in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic medicine, including advanced techniques, emerging technologies, regenerative therapies, ethical marketing, practice management, patient safety, and the evolving intersection of wellness, longevity, and aesthetics. The meeting fosters a collegial, collaborative learning environment where innovation, science, artistry, and integrity converge.

At the core of LA-MCA’s mission is the safe and effective integration of aesthetic technologies, devices, products, and procedures to help practitioners achieve consistently excellent patient outcomes while advancing the standards of care within the specialty. Through multidisciplinary education and open collaboration, LA-MCA encourages participation from all disciplines within the aesthetic medical arts, including facial plastic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, as well as physician associates, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, medical spa professionals, and practice leadership teams.

Over the past decade, LA-MCA has evolved into more than an educational meeting—it has become a respected platform for scientific exchange, innovation, mentorship, and the future advancement of aesthetic medicine. The 2027 Tenth Anniversary Meeting, themed “A Decade That Defined Aesthetics,” reflects both a celebration of the specialty’s evolution and a forward-looking vision toward the next era of patient-centered aesthetic care.
